Our standard "From" pricing listed below includes the work to be completed by two team members and shown on your invoice and is based on the following assumptions:

1.  All jobs rates are listed below which include specific tasks and the estimated timeframe to complete the job.

2. Additional Work conducted above what was originally quoted for will be charged at the standard rate.

3. Access to all areas requiring work is good (e.g Removal of Ornaments, clearing access to outside windows , level ground etc).

4. Extension ladders or water fed poles are not needed unless already covered in the quote.

5. Work will not be undertaken in areas that are inaccessible or deemed to be unsafe. We will inform you of any concerns if this occurs and provide advice of what is needed to be able to complete the work. 

6. Skylights, Mirrors & Fly screens are deemed to be an additional service and will be charged at an appropriate rate and the pricing will be specific to each location where the service is required.





































We are more than happy clean any additional areas within the property that you may have such as a second living room, additional ensuite , Office, or Sun room etc for a small additional fee which will be listed on your invoice.

Additional Time Charges
In some situations there may be an additional charge due to the properties unique layout and large volumes that are common in many modern contemporary homes. Heritage and multi-level homes frequently take more time  due to the use of extension ladders / extension poles , French Doors , colonial style , lead light windows or oversize glazing etc or where the customer has requested additional tasks to be carried out. Any requests for additional tasks will be undertaken wherever possible but will be at the discretion of the team doing the job.​

Vehicle Charges
Additional vehicle charges may be charged due to the vehicle requiring a wash after being on your property (mud etc) or additional mileage due to remote rural locations.
